These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
We may accept or reject any order at our discretion (for example, due to stock issues, payment errors, or suspected fraud).
An order is confirmed once payment is processed and acceptance is sent.
Please check your order carefully before confirming; we may not be able to cancel it afterward.

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT in accordance with Spanish and EU law, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs, duties, or other fees (where applicable) are shown at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate, current billing and payment details and authorise us (and our processors) to charge your payment method for all amounts due.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss and ownership transfer to you upon delivery.
Inspect your parcel on arrival and contact us immediately if damaged or incorrect.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU/Spain)
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, contact carlosorts@yjrstore.com within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
We will refund the item price and the standard delivery cost (if charged).
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is faulty.
Certain items—such as customised or sealed hygiene goods—are excluded from this right in accordance with Spanish and EU law.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, images, text, graphics, layouts, and other content on the Services are the property of YJR STORE or our licensors and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual property laws.
You may use our website and content only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Any other use requires our prior written consent.

All purchases and transactions are made directly between you and YJR STORE.
Shopify is not responsible for our sales, policies, or customer relationships.

Products sold by YJR STORE are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity established under Spanish and EU law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Directive (EU) 2019/771).
This means items must conform to the description and be free of defects for a minimum of two years from delivery.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, YJR STORE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from the use of our Services or products.
We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Valencia, Spain, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence within the European Union.
EU residents may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

In case of discrepancy between language versions, the English version prevails.
