Overview

All orders are processed and shipped from Valencia, Spain.
We currently deliver within the European Union and will gradually expand to additional regions.

Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location and the items ordered.
Once we establish our logistics partners, detailed shipping rates and delivery times will be listed here.


Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking information if available.

During periods of high demand, new releases, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.


Shipping & Delivery

We work to ensure timely and secure delivery.
At this stage, all parcels are shipped using reliable, trackable services from Spain.
Delivery times will vary by destination and will be updated as soon as courier partnerships are finalised.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, YJR STORE is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier operations.
Ownership and risk pass to you upon delivery.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped within the European Union include VAT and no customs fees apply.
Orders shipped outside the EU (when available) may be subject to local taxes or import duties, payable by the recipient.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout once courier partnerships are in place.
Until then, delivery terms will be confirmed individually via email after purchase.


Order Tracking

You will receive tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days after confirmation, contact us at carlosorts@yjrstore.com.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately.
We will coordinate with the shipping provider to resolve the issue in accordance with Spanish and EU consumer law.


Pre-orders & Made-to-order Items

If a product is marked as pre-order or made to order, shipping dates will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Estimated dispatch dates may vary slightly depending on production and supplier availability.
